Smooth, it was a group interview, they asked us for availability and showed us around the store and we had tell each other about ourselves. Then we got the job the induction was from 9-3
easy and simple applied and within a week got the interview which was within 2 days of getting the email. interview was quick and lasted less than 10 minutes and not too formal aswell
