Applied online. Application was long and there were some scenario questions to answer. Recieved a phone call a week later inviting me to an interview. Interview was relaxed. Heard back two days later to say I had got the job
Straight forward, interviewed for all roles available, asked which positions I would prefer and why I believed I was suited for such positions, if I was comfortable with working early morning hours etc.

As a personal shopper there is no set finish time, are you ok with this flexibility?
Was a very casual chat to get an idea of who I was rather than a full on bombardment of difficult questions. Was essentially offered a job on the spot.
