Interview
Completed some online quizzes (very simple, obvious answers), and then went to a group interview. Just be polite and friendly, and remember to smile a lot. The online tests were unnecessarily long and not 100% relevant to the job position I applied for, but it's just part of the process.

Good interview process. Friendly, helpful and informative of role. Seems like a good company. Would highly recommend to other people. Unfortunately the role wasn’t for me but overall a positive experience.
The interview was held in-store and lasted around 20 minutes. The manager asked about my availability, customer service experience, and how I’d handle difficult situations. It went fine and felt good.
