You apply online and they will either email or call you to set an appointment time for an interview. During the phone screen, they will ask you some questions about your experience based on your resume.
If the HR person likes you, they will have you set a quick interview with the hiring manager via zoom. They will essentially ask you the same questions over again but try to find a different way to answer them.
If they plan on hiring you, they will most likely ask you if you can work the job based on the conditions that they give when you interview with the hiring manager. When I was hired. I worked remote, so things might be different as I believe that they went back to in-person.
