Basically applied online, answered a few questionaires and a few days later recieved a phone call. After that was set up with a hiring manager and then was referred to interview one on one with the store manager.
Decent interview process asked to pretty much show my sales skills. I got there waited, when called upon resume was examined and was told same me this pen. I informed them in the detail how I would sale this pen

Phone call by recruiter under hidden name MEI consulting, pulled resume from indeed, and would not say what the position was. Whole thing was shady and would not announce pay rate for position either. Said she had to have the manager go over that because its DOE>
