Online, then phone interview, followed by in person realistic job expectation interview, followed by second phone interview . Realistic job interview was conducted with approximately 20 other candidates and 5 managers. Took approximately 2 hours. Background check was extensive and took almost 4 weeks.

The Interview process was simple for me as I was moving from a different department into IEFS. It was a group interview. The candidates were asked a series of basic questions related to basic troubleshooting and customer service scenarios.

Easy interview but very little information given on job requirements or what job will entail, very little information given provided as to pay or benefits. Interviewed by upper management that you will never see afterwards.
Easy interview. Just make sure that you show up on time and to the right facility as well. You also will need a phone to effectively receive and send off documents to your superiors.
