Interview
first you have a phone interview, upon success you are them schedule an interview at the Corporate office the following day / couple days after depending on availability. Guys, once again I'll say that, DO NOT IN UNDER no circumstances be LATE. Be early will take your stress away trust me. because they will start exactly at the time said. Be on your A game, no pressure. My advice, convince your interviewer to like you while conducting the interview. If you can't do that why apply did you apply there for. Eye contact, means you don't have anything to hide. got an email the following day saying that I pass the BEI. Well it took a lot of pressure of me. Well guys believe it or not I am still in the process. Oh by the way guys, send your Recruiter a thank e-mail. it help + if you have any professional mentality, you will understand that's preliminary.
I think I said to much.
Never work at a call center before but I worked at radioshack, so I used those experienced as my strong notes.

I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
Excellent review of the job description. Thorough and explained selling fiber and wireless plans to customers in an inbound setting. Interviewer asked how I believed the interview went post interview.
The interview was very fun although I did not receive the job. It was a good experience. I would probably go to interview with them again, but overall the experience was fine.
