I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Oct 2019
Interview
Unprofessional. Emailed at 1am to schedule a 3pm interview the very same day. Final interview was then conducted over a facetime in a public area. I found that the direction for the final role play was lacking. The scheduling ordeal did not help me in my preparation either.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process is easy, but I did not receive the script for my mock cold call. It was very awkward since the woman interviewing me thought I did. I got the role, but the unorganized interview put a bad taste in my mouth.
The initial interview is very robotic, just answering a list of questions on a call with no video. 2nd round is a mock business case that requires much more preparation and requires some background in the sales process.
