I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
It's a long, long process. More than 3 months from start to orientation day. Plus more than 2 months of training. Be very patient, and polite to the recruiter that comes in midway through the process. They can keep your paperwork moving or put you at the back of a very long line.

Interview
Easy interview but very little information given on job requirements or what job will entail, very little information given provided as to pay or benefits. Interviewed by upper management that you will never see afterwards.
Easy interview. Just make sure that you show up on time and to the right facility as well. You also will need a phone to effectively receive and send off documents to your superiors.
