I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
I applied through my campus recruiting website. I was contacted for an on campus interview. There were two 30 minute 1:1 interviews. Both of them were just asking behavioral questions. Not difficult, but I was encouraged a few times to think of different answers. Not sure what they were looking for with those though. My big problem was with passion for the brand, honestly I just don't have it.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Dec 2009
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume online. We did a phone interview, and I was asked to come in for a 3 hour interview at the A&F Home Office.
At the interview, I met with 4 or 5 people, and was asked questions about my personality, leadership experiences, and experiences listed on my resume. There was a skills test that I had to take, it was a timed test with questions becoming progressively harder.
The interview lasted 5 hours, and I was told that it went very well. While I was told a couple of times that things were going well, I cannot say whether or not an offer was extended, as I am still not certain where I stand.

Question 1
To be honest, I can't remember the hardest question - it was probably one from the written test I took, and I can't remember that. But most of the questions were about my personality, drive, leadership, and technical interests.
