Interview
The atmosphere was very chill and easy. We didn't have to do anything difficult and there were behavioral questions. She was basically getting a feel for whether or not we'd be hardworking and good employees who weren't too stuck up or annoying. Basically the only people that don't get the job are those who are very weird and seem to have a bad attitude.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very lax. It was just a group interview and a question would be asked, and everyone would go around in a circle and say their answer. I'd say the hiring process is 60% based on looks, and 40% on personality. If you're hot, you're a shoe-in unless you're an obviously terrible person. If you're cute, a bubbly personality will lock it in. If you're below average looking, good luck! In fact, how did you even get called back for the interview?
