3-phase interview. Personality-type interview with HR, a tech interview with a developer in the tech stack I work in, and another personality type interview with a managing director. Was pretty laid back and welcoming.

The interview process took 2 rounds. One was a normal interview, but in the second round, we were given a task to prepare a five-minute pitch to a client about incorporating current technologies (AI, VR, automation, etc.) into their business plan. After that, there was an email reply exercise.

One question they asked in the email exercise was how to balance a close deadline with a difficult client who wants to add more features to the project, and how you would reply to those requests.

First step is a recruiter screening after you've applied, the second step is a technical interview (mostly general CS theory questions, some code reading), and a final behavioral interview. You find out pretty quickly if you made it to the next step, pleasant experience overall.

3 rounds with manager, team lead and program manager which weren’t too bad. Wanted to get a feel for your experience and what you already are proficient in and what you’ve done in your past job.
