Then I went in for an on-site interview because I was close by and did a coding assignment with the manager and then talked with some of the employees on the team.

    Intern Interview

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accolade in January 2013.

    Interview

The interview process was an incredible one. The HR staff contacted me several times and really showed a genuine interest in me. They wanted to not only get to know me as a person, but help me see the realness of the company. I was contacted once a week until I signed my letter of intent. They were very open and honest about what I would expect as an intern. They did not hide information. The whole interview process was much like the company itself- an open culture who cares for each other. During interviews, that culture was seen in the questions they asked me. The questions were ones of a true interest in me as a person and not just someone filling a position.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation
