I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Addteq (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
The whole interview is approximately 30 to 40 minuntes with all kinds of conceptual questions on Java programming. The questions are all regular Java concepts, nothing surprising but you better know them well. No brainteasers or problem solving questions in my case. In addition, the recruiter gave me a list of questions to review and prepare, but definitely need to know more than what is on the list.
