Interview
The interview was actually very straight forward, it about about only a few days. I was asked to bring two professional references and also needed to take an assessment and then a verbal interview.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
