Started out well, but ended up getting worse towards the end. So many missteps throughout the interview process - the TA team really needs some work. What a horrible first impression of this company I had based on this whole process. - unresponsive hiring team - poor communication on status, next steps etc And finally, they sent a positive email to schedule a call, highlighted how great I was during the interview and then said that there wasn’t an offer for me. They offered to keep me in the loop for future roles but when I emailed them about one, they never responded back.
