I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
The process was fairly easy. I was contacted by an internal recruiter who screened me. She submitted my profile to the hiring manager and SVP of the team. The first one or two interviews were conducted over the phone and then I was brought in to meet the SVP. The conversation was extremely casual. They were impressed with my background, and an offer was made relatively fast. In terms of start date, they were very accommodating.
The process was very long - 4+ months for the entire process. Ghosted for weeks at a time. Nearly 10 interviews by the end. It was not clear that all interviewers had full awareness of the role or interest in participating in the process.
Reached out via LinkedIn after a phone screen there was a second round with the manager via ZOOM. The ZOOM call was due to the COVID work from home impacts
