AdventHealth Shawnee Mission interview questions

I applied via the website, a week later the talent coordinator calls to set up a phone screen for the following day. That took about 15-20 minutes and it was very pleasant. During the call, we scheduled the in person interview for the following Friday in which I would meet with the director, and about 3 of the nurses. Upon arrival, I was instructed to go upstairs and there I was greeted by one if the nurses who explained the interview would only be 3 of us; myself, her and her colleague. The interview was very laid back. It felt more like a conversation, and overview of the role and department and an overview of my experience. That lasted about 10-15 minutes and then I was taken on a tour of the facility I’d be working in. They told me they had a few other candidates to interview with and I’d hear something back by the following week once they’ve wrapped up.
