Detailed and professional approach. Phone interview and three in person interviews with, 1. Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors; 2. Resident Representatives; 3. Management Team. Questions asked were well thought through and focused on past experience, style of leadership, philosophy on resident, family and staff involvement.

Group interview. 3 step process, final interview was with the CEO. The interview was something that you do not see in a typical interview. Skills are discovered through the resume review process so the whole process is very much focused on cultural fit.
