Interview
The interview process was very professional yet you feel like you're talking with your best friends and getting to know your future family. Everyone is welcoming and genuinely cares about you as a person and as a cultural fit. They provide you with a real-world view of how the job will be and you get to meet with the recruiters and other team members and see what they do on a daily basis and ask questions about the role, the company, and the culture.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
