Interview
I applied for a recruiting position online, and got a phone call which was turned out to basically be a phone interview. It was pretty informal but I was asked questions about previous employment and different skills. I was then was asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week. The company seemed a bit unorganized but everyone was very energetic. I was a hesitant after reading some negative reviews online, and decided this position wasn't for me.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
