I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
I started off by submitting my resume through an Internal Recruiter through my school's job search engine. I was contacted the following day about setting up an initial phone screening. The phone screening lasted about 45 minutes and I was asked questions about why I wanted to go into recruiting, why I liked sales, what motivated me, etc. The phone screening went very well and I was told that I would be getting a call from someone in the office to set up a face-to-face interview.
I was contacted two days later to schedule the face-to-face interview with a senior account manager. This interview lasted about an hour. Situational questions and behavioral questions. Be confident in your answers but not cocky. After this interview went over well, I was scheduled for my half-day job shadow. A few more interviews with account managers that lasted about 30 minutes a piece and then I was able to follow recruiters in different departments to see how their day went. Ask questions and be engaged.
A couple of days later, I was then interviewed by the director of the office. This was a very intense interview process. The questions were really challenging. When leaving this interview I wasn't as confident as I was after my previous interviews. A week later I was contacted by another account manager who scheduled a lunch interview with me. I was offered the job the same day.
Aerotek's interview process is very intensive and throurough. It was a great learning experience.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
