Interview
I'm annoyed that I took time from the job I already had to go an interview here, thinking that recruiting was a potential lucrative career. The interview started an hour later than it was scheduled and ran about an hour and a half overtime.
As far as the interview process, it's very typical. It's not hard. They ask you why you want to do recruiting, what personal struggles you've had, etc. You start off in a 1 on 1, then you attend a meeting where you're expected to take notes and pay attention, then you interview with 2 or more of the managers, then you shadow one of the other recruiters.
If you take a gander at their callcenter-style office and sit through their weird cult-like meeting and STILL want to work here for some reason, I recommend you ask tons and tons of questions (even if you know the answer) to seem as though you are exploding with eagerness to become a recruiter. If you do not to this, they'll think you're disinterested. They will micro-analyze you so be aware of this. I checked my phone several times because I was "working from home" from my other job and the interview ran overtime due to their lateness and emails were pouring in. They knew this. Didn't matter. Turn your phone off. Keep your posture as straight as possible. Make sure you don't blink while someone is talking. Ask a zillion questions.

Interview
Two interviews one as a phone screening the second in person. This was a mess of a process and I was ghosted even thought they told me to meet for lunch and did not tell me it was canceled until after I asked where they were. Completely unprofessional.

Interview
It was fin but it was not as formal as I would have thought with the follow through. I didn't hear from them for a while after interviewing. Then randomly got an offer and didn't receive much follow up.
