Interview
Was recommended by a friend who works for the company and got a phone call from the Talent Aq. A day later. Had a phone interview the next week and a in person with the Regional Manager a week after that. The next step was a 1/2 Day Job shadow which I got to see how things worked on a daily basis as well as the people I could be potentially working with. Met with the AM at the end of the day and reviewed everything. After that had a final interview with the Regional Manager and was offered the position.

What separates you from the other employees at Aerotek?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
