Interview
1) HR Prescreen - she was very monotone and robotic
2) Met with hiring manager - he was late and then talked most of the time; I got one moment to sell myself and that was the bulk of my talking. He had to run so I wasn’t able to ask any questions. He said he really liked me and passed me onto the next round.
I was supposed to be email a project to work on over the long weekend, but the recruiter never sent it until I followed up the next week.
3) create a presentation based on info/doc provided to me and present to a panel of 2-3. I was given 72 hours but I did it in 24. A week went by and I heard nothing. Followed up with recruiter and she said the position had been filled.
Overall, irate that I wasn’t given the chance to every present the presentation I was asked to create. Also annoyed that I never had any follow through from the recruiter.

Interview
Very straightforward and efficient process. My questions throughout were answered quickly and the recruiting team kept me abreast of next steps in a timely manner. There were multiple interviews and a presentation over a 3 week period. The interviews examined my skills I would bring to the role and focused on making sure Affirm was a fit for me.
