The recruitor interview consisted of a brief intro and case study. The first round with a SPM consisted of intro( just discuss the last role), small quant problem, 1 case study, and any questions to agoda.

1. What kind of filters should be added on Agoda 2. If the profit margin is 20, and we reduce it to 18, then how many bookings should increase to keep the same profit margin. 3. Share any unexpected learnings at your last job 4.1. You are the PM of Agoda Families, and need to select 500 hotels in a new city and provide to supply team. How will you select these 500 hotels. 4.2. Next year, your supply team is not interested in adding the new 500 hotels again. How will you go about convincing them?
It was very difficult and lengthy one . Process is tale around one month time . Many round will be there and it is difficult as well .first round will be shl followed by interviewer screening followed by two others round and final is behavioral round

1 hour with a product leader - 30 mins competency based questions. 30 mins on the spot case study questions - a situation is presented and then questions asked about how you would look to solve a specified product problem - what hypotheses do you have, how you can test it and using what data.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. After filling out the application form she requested, I received an automated rejection email. I asked what is going on and they told me the interview is cancelled, without any reasoning. Why reach out then?
