I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Calgary, AB) in Sep 2011
Interview
Its your basic phone interview. Short cognitive test. then behavioural based interview with two interviewers. After success you book Drug test and physical and hearing test. then call and offer you the job. very simple, pretty clear what they want you to tell them. As long as you aren't arrogant you should be fine
