I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Airbnb (Portland, OR) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was contacted via e-mail to arrange a phone call a few days after applying. The phone call lasted about 15-20 minutes. The recruiter described the job and asked if I was still interested. She then gave me a sample situation and asked how I would handle it. It was after that that she told me what the salary was. The salary was what I was making fifteen years ago. Definitely not enough to live off of.

Question 1
If you have a photo, number, e-mail, and name of a person, how would you find out that they exist for real?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Airbnb (Singapore)
Interview
The interview comprised of a phone screen by the recruiter and six interviews with different people in the company. The entire process was quite pleasant and the recruiter really know how to make you feel at ease. I had two of my interviews onsite - one is completely in Mandarin. Did not manage to proceed to their last two stages, which were more for assessing core values and see whether you fit in with the company culture.
