Open roles are posted on the website. I applied through the online system. It took about a week until I heard back from my first interview partner, who invited me for a call. The call was scheduled for the following week and took approx. 1 hour. The interview was more of a get-to-know-each other, motivation check thing. Rather conversational, no big questions. I learned some more about the position and talked about myself mostly. The interviewer wasn't the line manager, but rather supporting within the hiring process. I heard back rather quickly, with an invite for a second interview.
The second interview took place around 3 weeks later. this interview was scheduled with the manager, who headed the team. This time, more specific questions on the role, salary expectations and date of entry. Further, I received more information about the hiring process. Indeed, I had the feeling that they seem to "overdo" the whole process, as I had read in previous reviews, countless interview stages, mostly phone interviews, f2f in the later stage(s).
