I had a phone interview with HR where we discussed my resume and the skills needed for the job. I reviewed the company's core values beforehand, which helped me answer questions confidently. Four hours later, I was invited for an in-person interview with the VP and Director. They asked how I would manage a remote team and keep them motivated. If they chose to move forward, I would then interview with the 3 other supervisors and plan to be there for 2 to 4 hours. It took only 1 hour and I thought it went pretty well.
Two hours after that interview, I scheduled my final round for the following Wednesday. During that meeting, the supervisors asked about my previous role and why I left, as well as if I had ever separated anyone from a job. The next day, I received a call and email offering me the position, pending a background check and drug screening, and I was given my start date.
Worth the process! I couldn't love this job more.
