I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
Met two of the employees at a career fair in my school and they asked me to attend a dinner that night with other potential candidates. At the end of the dinner I was asked to interview the next day. Interview took about 30-35 minutes and the questions weren't very difficult. Both of the employees were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Case study that was provided beforehand; just general behavioral questions
Pretty easy process. Did 3 interviews and mainly behavioral type questions. Research the company and be prepared to talk about past experiences and how you could contribute for the specific role. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Fort Irwin, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Virtual interview process that can be completed on your own time. Very user friendly platform. There were multiple questions all recorded separately so you weren’t just talking for the entire process, there were breaks to refocus.
