Interview
There was only one in-person interview with the manager of the Allstate office. There were standard interview questions asked. The manager was very friendly and made the interview process very comfortable. I received an offer and started shortly after that.
Too many interviews with too many unprepared people that were forced to interview me, did not make sense for the position that I was applying to and the interviewers were not making sense of how to see if I would be a good fit.

How I was going to use my experience for this position.
Easy to interview there. Asked many basic things about computer, reading information. They also asked a lot of hypotheticals and to provide examples. Asked about the ability to process it as well.
Meeting with Agent - Go to the actual office, meet team members - two rounds of interviews - simple and very helpful bunch. Very welcoming and wanted to get started pretty quickly. Flexible on days and vacations. recommend.
