Interview
Allstate Insurance Company from my experience, does a pretty standard interview compared to most companies out there. I did not experience any "gotcha" questions. You should expect the standard behavior description index (BDI) questions. Do research on Allstate Insurance Company before the interview so you can explain why you are interested in the company.

Interview
No phone interaction, series of questionnaires sent out by a recruiter where your answers will determine if they will proceed with the next steps. Constant back in forth correspondence could have been completely done via a phone interview.

Interview
Behavioral Interview - asked a lot about situational scenarios from past work experiences. This was the traditional Event, Action, Outcome type of questions. There were 3 interviews total, each of them with their own behavioral questions. First interview was a panel interview, second was a director interview, and third was the senior manager. Afterwards, it took about 2 week to receive an offer.
