Interview
First round interview on campus acquired through career fair. Second round phone screening, walk me through your resume type questions. Third round "Become an Ally Day" was at corporate office. Become an Ally Day was rotational interviews with multiple departments, preceded by an information session.

Question 1
You have 8 balls all identical in shape, size, appearance. All of the balls weigh the same except for one which is heavier. You have a triple balance beam and the ability to move only two balls. How do you find the heaviest ball without using more than two moves?
Only two rounds, straightforward, pain free, and they were very accommodating! Not many technical questions either; very focused on projects/experiences. Overall, very great experience with little difficulties whatsoever at all.

Interview
Applied through online as well as sending a resume to a recruiter. From there it was a hirevue that had about five basic behavioral questions. There was then a period of review where you then heard if you were selected for further interviews given by actual recruiters and analysts.

Interview
The interview is truly a test of if you align with the company culture. They do no typically ask technical questions (depends on the role) but focus heavily on soft-skills and making sure you are the right fit for the team.
