The interview process was really quick. I went in to do skill test and passed it on the first try. Then the HR person stated I would be interviewing with a hiring manager shortly. After 20 minutes of interview with a hiring manager, I got hired the very same day I interviewed. The overall experience was pretty easy and the questions were mostly customer service related and how you would deal with angry customers on a daily basis.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
