They had me take a short knowledge quiz, and then I met with a project manager to do a mock phone call with a customer. The whole was very simple but took quite a while - lots of sitting around waiting for the HR staff to process me. They barely looked over my resume and pretty much offered me a job on the spot when it was clear I wasn't a nutjob.
