The HR manager was on the phone on and off all the time making and taking personal phone calls, supervisors from other campaigns kept walking in and disrupting the session. I was very disturbed, I heard the other lady's interview and she bombed it.. they hired her anyway, and she showed up for a week, and then started missing.. she was fired at week 3

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
