I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Greenville, SC) in Jul 2016
Interview
I had an over the phone interview that wasn't very deep nor stimulating. I was then asked to come in for another interview with two leaders (they change leadership roles almost every week) the questions they asked were uncomfortable and strange.
The rest of the questions were job focused. How do you like working with people. Name a time you gave great customer service and what did it mean to you?

The entire process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The recruiter was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The interview moved quickly, everything flowed smoothly, and I truly have no complaints at all.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
