Interview
Interviewed with a group of 20 people. We were asked two question about customer service. "Name a time when you provided excellent customer service" and "Name a time when you received excellent customer service". A few were called to sit in their hot seat where they asked more in-depth questions. If your name was called, you were asked to leave. Those who remained in the room were hired. We filled out our paper work and if we passed our drug test we started training on the date assigned by HR.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
Easy and swift process. Done onsite. The two interviewers were friendly. Asked me about my experience and my awareness of the Alorica brand. They asked me to wait for an answer for a few minutes, then presented me with an offer.
