I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Fresno, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Application submitted online, followed by a fairly routine test taken onsite, mostly dealing with generic, non-industry specific scenarios. Interview was predictable, although my interview was during the week, most are held during large "job fairs," and painfully predictable. I believe they are more interested in gauging your attitude rather than listen to your answers.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
