Filled out online application and took an online test. Got a phone interview 3 days later. Went in for face to face interview and was hired on the spot. Took a drug urine test at an offsite that day. They also do a background check.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
