I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Tulsa, OK) in Jul 2015
Interview
First interview was someone fro HR talking to me about the schedule. The woman had me pick my days off and hours. (Which were forcefully changed my first week there.) She also asked if I had any felonies.
Second interview was performed by a manager who seemed irritated to have to talk to me. She was rude and unpleasant and just read off questions from a script and rated my answers 1-5. I'm pretty sure the second interview held no weight in determining if I got the job.
If you have a pulse, you could probably get a job here.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
