I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Alorica (San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte)
Interview
I had my initial interview online, and afterward, I was given the option to do the final interview either online or in person. I recommend choosing the in-person option if possible, as it may help ensure a smoother experience—both for the interview itself and any accompanying assessments.
While I understand that experiences may vary, I want to share that my final interview was quite challenging. The interviewer’s approach came across as unprofessional—he made discouraging remarks about my abilities, openly expressed disbelief in my responses, and even spoke inappropriately about previous applicants. I hope this isn’t typical, but I believe it’s worth being aware of.
