phone interview asked typical interview questions. in person interview was very brief. always looking for integrity and accountability in answers. results oriented answers that are quantifiable and analytical. wanted direct answers and they do not want you to oversell your accomplishments as management is a group of very smart individuals of diverse backgrounds and will likely know more about what you did in college than you would like to believe.

Interview
First round is a phone interview with the recruiter/HR individual. Next round is a phone interview with the hiring manager. Final round is an in-person interview with a panel of management personnel. This was the interview process in 2018.
