Initial application submission easy to navigate - upload CV, complete employment history, education and background for yourself. Proceeded by a HireVue video with competency-based questions. The biggest advantage was you have the chance to record yourself up to 3 times so you can practice and feel comfortable with each question. Each question asked were recorded by a HR representative at Altus then you also have a minute to prepare. Questions asked were relevant to the role and it gives you a real indication if you are a right fit for the job.
