El proceso de selección fue muy completo y bien organizado. La plataforma que utilizan es un punto positivo, ya que ofrece explicaciones detalladas, instrucciones claras y un sistema muy intuitivo.
Sin embargo, el proceso incluye numerosas etapas: participé en alrededor de siete entrevistas con diferentes personas. A lo largo del proceso recibí comentarios muy positivos sobre mi perfil, pero finalmente no obtuve respuesta sobre el resultado, lo cual fue decepcionante después de la inversión de tiempo y esfuerzo.

Me hicieron preguntas sobre liderazgo de equipos, gestión de operaciones y optimización de procesos logísticos. También hubo ejercicios situacionales relacionados con resolución de problemas, priorización de tareas y coordinación entre regiones. Preguntas más técnicas incluyeron el uso de métricas de rendimiento (KPIs), experiencia con herramientas como Excel y SQL, y ejemplos de toma de decisiones bajo presión.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
