Very straightforward, my interviewers all tried making normal conversation/ getting to know you before they dive into interview questions. You do not have to have an experience for every leadership principle, but try to think of 8-12 events in your work or personal life using the STAR method and you will be okay.

Question 1
Give a time where you had to lead a group of people of diverse backgrounds. What was the task and how did you help accomplish that task?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
