A first-round interview is usually simple and conversational for me. I start by introducing myself, talking briefly about my background, recent experience, and why I am interested in the role. Then I answer a few questions about my skills, projects, teamwork, and how my experience matches the job description. I focus on communicating clearly and confidently rather than trying to give perfect answers. At the end, I ask a few questions about the role, team, and next steps in the interview process.
