I had 2 phone interviews, had to write a 2 page paper and had an interview loop on campus. There is at least one person in the interview loop that is considered the "Bar Raiser". If you don't do well with this one interviewer, you will not get the job. This person asks questions unrelated to the job because they are not part of the team and have no idea about the role.
