To become Customer Support in Amazon you have to pass three interview. Please note that you will be temporary for 6 months in the first part (and hired by Grafton Agency) after 6 months you can pass permanent and be Amazoniens. The first interview it's an interview by phone to know you as every company does. The second interview is about a phone call where your HR will be like a customer and will ask you questions about how work Amazon.fr, how to pass order (the thematic that you need to study will be explain in the email after the first interview). The third interview is in face to face in the Hotel next to the compagny and you will have to give 4 experiences according to the tenets sent in the email to confirm the face to face interview and there is a little quizz with basic knowledge in Informatique.
